We at Project Otenga are fond of preparing simple home cook meals that will rejuvenate your soul. Most of our ingredients are sourced from Northeast India where we support different farming groups and SHGs to conserve traditional knowledge and biodiversity in nature. We believe in reducing food waste in our kitchen, and encourage organic & local varieties with mindfulness as an acquired practice.
